I was building a community, designing challenges, and trying to find the right path forward. It felt a lot like this jar of recycled ribbons, a tangled mess of potential. One day, I decided to dive in. I wasn't looking for a perfect plan; I was looking for a rainbow. The simple act of sorting through the chaos and laying out the colors, one by one, brought so much clarity. It was a reminder that the "idea swirl" is a good thing. It's a sign of a rich creative life. The magic happens when we're finally brave enough to devote time and energy to one thread, to pull it from the mess and see the beauty unfold, knowing that you, Creativity, are by our side. As I prepare for another sprint in The Hatchery, I hope we can all be brave enough to dive into our own tangled ribbon jars, find our next idea, and lay it out for the world to see.
