Sometimes stillness is the calm before the storm, that quiet, generative space right before a surge of ideas takes flight. But other times, it's about creating a void, a moment where we can just be. Present, without the past haunting us or the future overtaking us. For me, that place of stillness is always a body of water. The ocean, a river, even a shower. It's where I can stop, breathe, and make space for new possibilities. We're often taught that progress requires constant motion.
