Hey Reader, After a long day of travel yesterday, I was met with an unexpected gift. It's the theme of this week's letter to Creativity. Dear Creativity, There are days when my mind is tired, and all I want to do is lie in bed and rest. Yesterday was one of those days. After long hours of travel, I arrived in a strange new place with a long evening of tasks still ahead of me. And yet, you showed up. You showed up with the biggest evening smile, a sunset that filled the window and delighted my tired senses. In that moment, I felt you letting me know that it would be okay, that you would be there with me for the rest of the way. It’s a reminder of the trust we must have in you, Creativity, especially when we feel most challenged. You don't only appear when we are fresh and ready; you meet us in our exhaustion, too. What if the most creative act on a tired day is simply noticing the beauty that's already there, waiting to greet you?
